MV Celestia is my take
on the Graupner Sydney Star container ship kit, purchased at the Northwich
show from the guys at
"Model World".
the general theme to the ship is a nuclear waste transporters, based on an
idea taken from the novel "Bomb Ship" by Peter Tonkin. Inside the hull are 3 speed controllers one lead gel battery. the motor is a Graupner 500E motor, with two 400s in the sideways thrusters. the pictures of Celestia were taken on her maiden voyage at my home waters. Mark Wilkes. |
