The naval Battle of Jutland, fought in the shallow waters of the North Sea 80 miles off Denmark on 31 May 1916, seems to be gathering a little more attention this year than usual. The BBC is showing Dan Snow’s Battle of Jutland: The Navy’s Bloodiest Day on Sunday. watched this last night Martin , could've been NASTY . . .
I look at Jay Leno's garage on youtube well worth subscribing to , some fascinating stuff on there , the man's a PETROLHEAD & A PATRIOT always plugs American stuff when he can , wish someone on freeview would take up the franchise over here . . .

Laughed my socks off at the video, watch as he says "super solid construction" at 11:31 (near the end) you'll see a bit of the boat swinging in the wind on a length of wire, obviously nocked off by the waves.

Kipper - have another look at the video - is the "bit of the boat swinging in the wind" the same bit of structure you can see @ 01:00 - 01:10 fixed to the boat at approx. 45 degrees with 2 support wires? or am I missing something? - Is this the support rigged for the cameras?
