But then.......maybe it could only happen in Nottingham. Where I used to work (Not mentioning where) they wouldn't be able to read the signs!!!!

in the city where i live (aberdeen) on friday and saturday nights the council dot outdoor urinials up and down the city centre.  its literally an open air urinal in the middle of the street {-)
