Hi there,

Spent some time converting Heng Long tanks (ie) Panzer 111 into a Stug, Stu 33 and standard '111 , Panther into a Jagdpanther and the Tiger

Tks Dicky D and Pugwash for you information...The tanks look great Pugwash must have spent a bit of time and effort on em but when you see the finished result on
display and using its well worth it , isnt it

 Hi ,
I use'd to make them on commision, even sold them to Aus', although the postage from the UK was horrendous, had world wide customers but ended it all as it was taking all my spare time. Each tank would take about 6wks to complete but great satisfaction when finished. Have to say the Heng Long tanks are good value for money x4 for the price of 1 Tamiya tiger and it doesn't even shoot BB'S

Yeah I looked at the Tamiya Leopard before I just received this Hobby Engine Leopard.. I had to send to England for it though couldnt source one here..Just counting I have now 16 Tanks in collection all Henglong and Matorro and not one Tamiya... Strange that , but like you said I get good value from them and can do them up just nicely..
Had a look at a forum Dicky D gave me and I like the look of the Tiger done in Snow Cammo (Black and White).. I have 2 tigers sitting here in the Nude and funnily enough I
ordered 2 German Snow trooper figures from Resin-kit.. So one of them must be done haha.. Dicky D also gave me a webiste to look at Tank Zone re all things tanks over there so will have a look at that... Mostly for figures seem to be a scarcity of em here except for Andrew Designs, I found Resin Kits accidently browsing on Ebay which was great... I like the detail on the kits and not badly priced either... I have one to finish,, Leader of the Third Reich ,,which will go with a new Tiger out of the Factory.. I am doing up complete with Banners etc... Just waiting for the Sandbags for final finish...

try and get your hands on the FORCES OF VALOUR german tanker crew ( from the USA )  that's what I used on the Tiger (not sure if they are still available).  Ref :- Tank Zone, good site but very expensive !!!!!!
