are there any known links on the net to follow when conveting a revell type 7 to a surface running r/c boat?

Bunkerbarge would be a better source as he is doing (or rather done) a surface runner whereas i am doing a static diver with a wtc so he would be a better source for parts etc. for that type of model, and plus i havent done a build thread as such whereas he has just posted his as per the link above.
