Inspired by all of the above, and not wanting to begger about with spuds, veg etc have just had a lamb leg steak, courtesy of Messers Tescos reduced chiller, doused with redcurrant jelly, sprinkled with finely chopped red chilli's and chucked in a lump of tiger tail baguette, most efficacious, only thing is, I want another.
