hi all

i have got one of these i think i have managed to bind it for this  i fitted the bind plug i used a receiver pack in one of the Aux outputs  and held the trainer switch down while turning on is said it was binding and then started up in the normal mode so i put it in the model and tried a servo and nothing happend.any tips the model normally does not use a Receiver pack and the bats were not 100 percent charged but not bad.

The BIND PLUG needs to be put into the BATTERY postion in the reciever.
Then the power can be placed into any of the other plug positions.
Then you need to hold the bind button on the back of the transmitter and turn on the unit.
Lots of flashing should take place then a beep, or solid light at the reciever.

Well I managed to bind it ,They now both have an  Orange light when the transmitter is switched on and the receiver has power from a separate battery pack i have tried it in the model with and without the receiver battery and nothing happend. Both ESCs are BECs and i have never used a receiver battery with this model so i am thinking that the recever is getting confused as both ESCS are trying to run the recever am i going down the right path.

When connecting both ESC's to the receiver did you disable/turn off 1 BEC?

I had another stab at this today and i found the problem i wasputting the connection for the ESC etc on the wrong way round before you all start taking the mick i have used Futaba for years and on them the white wire always goes to the top of the receiver where as on spektrum its the opposite way round the instructions never mentioned this fact but its sorted and working now i will be hovering tomorrow.

0k a serious question now i intend to use the mixing facility in the TX on one of my hovercraft as it has one motor for lift and two for thrust the lift motor is on the throttle as for the two thrust motors i am not sure which one to put them and which mixing setting to use the idea is that when i push the right stick fwd both motors go forward the when i want to turn one motor stops and the other one keeps going cant really tell on the vid but have a look anyway   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxFbBV9W1Ik&feature=channel_video_title any tips?

I would put the lift motor on a dial channel, not a stick channel, then you dont have to worry about holding it in position for a constant lift.
