Hi Boys. I have a Twister Planet 5 ch 2.4 GHZ park flyer radio with the 5th channel operated from switch on top, I am trying t operate a 360 degree servo to run a winch, But there doesn't appear to be a neutral position for this channel Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.

You're simply expecting too much of it. There is no neutral with a 2-way switch; it's either fully one way or the other. You'll need either a 360 degree servo or something like a winch servo and an Action Servomorph to adjust the total rotation. You'll still only get fully "in" or fully "out" even with that setup.

Using a servo as a winch requires either a channel with a 3 position switch, and in a modern set this function might be hidden in the software, and not user changeable, or an analogue channel which will control speed and direction of rotation.  The best bet in this case is to ditch the servo electronics and use a mini ESC, such as an ACTion Pico, to make sure that there is a deadband.  This is after modifying the mechanical bits to allow continuous rotation.

Thanks for your advice, I wasn't sure how that channel worked, I will look at other way around operating the winch.
