That is Porth y felin house, locally known as the MoD. It was the home of of the RAF's 1113 Marine Craft Unit up until the mid 1980's

Thanks Sam

After looking the house up I found http://www.raf.mod.uk/rafvalley/aboutus/stationhistory.cfm about RAF Valley. It mentions the Unit and 2743. Very interesting.
