King george v mast bits
« on: March 20, 2014, 06:24:43 pm »

Hi all
Hoping some one can help as you will see from the photo's I am starting to construct the mast antenna (may have to wrong description here)the problem is the plan I have is very basic and only shows a side view which is next to no help. The pictures I have tried to find are to distant to be of much help. So just wondering if anybody may have anything, photo's or model pics that may help.
Kinds regards and thanks in advance

:-)) Hi i am building the Tamiya 1/350th scale i have found the internet to be a big help as there were many changes during the lifespan of the ship and simple things like the mast layout and fittings vary according to which year you are representing. :-)

There is a small image here that might help.

 :-)

A simplified waterline plan...

This might be a good referance.

A small scale, 1:700 scale model might be a good referance also.
