help with taranis x9d
« on: October 05, 2016, 05:06:46 am »

how would I set up the radio to run a twin motor configuration? Is it as simple as assigning the elevator stick to run the second speed control? and is there a way to link the two channels so that the left throttle stick could control both speed controls and steering at the same time. i am thinking that i would only need to have control of the motors separate from each other is when turning the boat in close quarters and around docks etc.

this will explain exactly what you will need to do...  simply replace the words "tug boat" whenever he says "tank"

you can safely ignore the portion of the video about throttle cutoff

you just need to put a mix on a switch. that will get you separate or coupled throttles.
