Nova Scotia Lobster Boat
« on: July 06, 2019, 04:07:23 pm »

I wasn't sure whether to continue with my two year old post or start a new one. Decision made.
Inspired by Stan and  Andy (Taranis) I am in the process adding a couple of features to my lobster boat too. A few crewmen, a little cleaning station and some funny lobster decals. Still working on some lobster traps.

Here is the first picture. I will add a few more when the lobster traps are done.

@Thanks Stan.

I attached a few more close-up pictures of the added features. I have to make more lobster traps and I am not to happy with the first one anyway.

Thats a lovely boat; very nice clean smooth lines.  The crew look great too!

Stack the traps along the trap rack on the port side. Some fine boat indeed.

Thanks chum444, will do. It will take a little while to make a set of traps.

Here is a link where a friend of mine describes how to make traps. They go together quite quickly.

Thanks again chum44,
I know the website which is helpful. Right now I am looking for better wire mesh in comparison to the material I used for the first trap.
