OBS ( Live streaming )
« on: March 14, 2020, 07:04:52 pm »

Anyone got any experience with Live Streaming?

I'm trying to stream with a webcam ( or DSLR capture if I can get it working! ) and a desktop app, eg. Word / browser.
All I need is a simple fade between the two. ( On Windows 10 )

       ..... Help!

I stream my DSLR via Adobe Lightroom on my laptop when shooting in a studio. Is that what you are after?

Sort off...

Imagine I was doing a tutorial, about 'an App' Excel, Photoshop, Chrome browser, etc,
Using the same Laptop to do everything....
Source 1 would be a talking head,
Source 2 would be 'the App',

When I setup Source 2 to 'the App', all I get is the infinity / echo screen.......  >:-o

Martin - Just realised....

What you are seeing is normal and is called the Video Feedback Effect.

It will go away when you stop looking at the OBS preview on the same display you're capturing
