Would this be any good?

I bought a 9X a while ago, it looked excellent value.  However, it has one big drawback (for me at least) - although it says it has an 8 model memory, you cannot bind 8 receivers to it.  You bind one, everything works fine, bind a second and the first is lost....   It can only be bound to one Rx at a time.

If you are only ever going to use this for a single model, this doesn't matter.  If you expect to use the same Tx for two or more models, buy something else.  I bought one of these which does the job just fine.

Thanks for the information! I'll use for several models probably so I'll look at the radio you recommended.
