Kirklees Model Boat Club will be holding their annual autumn Open Day on Sunday 10th September 2023 at Wilton Park, Bradford Road, Birstall, Batley, from 9.30 am to 4 pm. Models of all types will be on display including model military vehicles. Any steam powered vessels will need to have an up-to-date boiler certificate. Boiler testing can only be done by prior arrangement. Free car parking in the park, toilet facilities and refreshments available. There will also be a raffle the RNLI will also be on site on the day. Trade support? Competition for best Kirklees member’s best model. No IC or high-performance fast electrics.
