Dreadnought turret detailing.
« on: February 17, 2008, 04:38:57 am »

Hi guys,
I've noticed that some early dreadnought battleships have numbers painted on the side of the turrets.  Are there any pictures of models with this detailing, as I'm scratch building Iron Duke 1-200 . She had markings on the side of B turret in some photo's. Also noticed that the tops of the turrets are painted in a darker colour than the body.
Any input would be appreciated.

Thanking you in advance  Brian C  ( Australia )
