DRY DOCK PHOTOS OF THE USS SAN FRANCISCO
This Submarine ran into an underwater mountain  at over 30 knots at  a depth of over 500 ft. 60 crewmen were injured,  23 seriously, and 1 sailor died.  It is amazing that the  submarine was able to come to the surface and limp home.
