1. did they have Published height limitations back then? ....horse isn't concerned, but the poor Driver looks a little

2. are these woven cane baskets?.....if so, for the Fishing Industry?

Any guess , are they woven can baskets?.......
I originally though of fish baskets for Trawlers, or the many photographs of fish baskets for the shoreside 'Mongers'
I have never seen images of vegetable baskets??

I had always assumed it was the Bridge, but rewatched now & Terry & Julie crossed over the River ...

Maybe pigeon fanciers baskets either going to a start point on the south side of the river, or empties post release heading for, possibly, Waterloo station. A common sight on lots of railway stations was a collection of baskets going "coo" on their way to a common start point.

If anyone thought the Tirpitz was good suggest you watch the Hunt for the Bismarck. Computer Generated Animation very well done and Recollections from actual participants. Download on sky its on the series Dogfights of which there were series this one is No11 on series 1 another one is the Destroyer USS Johnstone in the Death of the Japanese navy chapter

I think what Umi is saying is that in your post number 1452 there is an image when you post a link.
This image does not appear for anyone else but you when they try to do the same.
From memory this has been discussed before and it’s a privilege that is unique to Admin
