The last submarine I was on was an old "A" Boat with a 4.5 in the gun tower back in the early 60's
Don't know very mush about the "N" boats

I was lucky enough to get a tour of both HMS Courageous and HMS Trafalgar at this year's Plymouth Navy Days. I found it far more interesting than I had expected and am currently preparing an article for Model Boats on the subject.
