Carsten, whow wrote the recent Traplet Submarine book, developed and built the Deep Rover, which he is selling via Norbert Bruggen. Would be ideal camera video carrier for one of those cheap video cameras that record onto SD cards.

For some years I have been a Forum member here
http://5533.rapidforum.com/
It a german site and probably the largest german sub. site. They have some awesome projects going on there :)
