Hi. Can anyone please let me know the best glue and sealer they have used to seal an acrylic dive cylinder. I have made the ends of delrin which I know does not take well to glue but it’s a good press fit into the cylinder. I am looking for a glue sealer to join the acrylic cylinder sections together. Thanks.

Try the local plastics firm, they tend to have a wide range of adhesives for all kinds of plastics. Try silicone but if it does not stick to Delrin you may have to cover the entire surface to make it watertight. Experiment before committing, nemesis
