Hi guys.....I've allways wanted but never had a crash tender , i.e aerokits etc....(such a lovely looking craft)...dont want to rebuild someone elses reject off fleabay,  i like the look of george turners kit, but want something a tad larger..........so my question is, does any one know of plans for said beastie...or is there a kit for one larger than georges......?????

[The long Build]

What Size are you looking at, I think the standard size appears to be about 36 inch's or 1/16th, there are larger ones around at 46 inches long but I have not seen that many of them.

I have the Plans for the 36 inch but I'm sure that they could be enlarged to a larger scale.. Unfortunately the plans were for a an original kit and as the parts were already marked out do not  actually show the rib sections.
 I am also in the future wanting to  make a duplicate one to the original I have but  to modernise it a bit !! (so not really a duplicate.. Luckily a fellow club member has a bare bones fire boat so I have taken measurements of the ribs for future use, these may not be totally accurate but near as.

Hi  T L B ......checked the sites listed earlier and the kingston mouldings hull is probably the way to go......i.e...36inch hull in fibreglass..........no plans though....would be glad to recompence you if you could copy the plan you have....would be eternaly grateful......pm  me  address in profile..thanks again........

         the Kingston hull comes with a plan that gives all the info req to build I have the aerokits one and its of no help as it is not that accurate at all , there is a lot of info on the other two web sites to build a replica of the full size boat.

If you want bigger they do the 1/12 scale 46" as well
