I thought I'd share a quick write up on the saw event that was held last weekend at carr mill dam,
this is the annual rc straight running under the fast electric section of the MPBA,
The idea is a measured distance (110 yards) timed to give you a speed.

There are numerous classes for boat type from scale to full blown race boat.
Fastest time on the day (subject to SAW officer releasing the results) of 114.3mph
multiple boats competed however we would of liked a larger turn out given the effort involved hopefully this post will drum up some additional interest for next years event if we have one.
