UK 7 Day Forecast
Valid from Friday May 28th 2010 to
Thursday June 3rd 2010
A mixed forecast, but no Bank Holiday washout. The emphasis being on 'dry' weather, where people can at least get out and about.
For the north, some rain around, but the percentages lean towards there being more drier weather than wetter weather. Daytime temperatures will be on the cool side compared with recent values, in the 14c to 16c region, falling away to no lower than 8c/46f overnight. The daytime values will revive themselves as the week progresses. Winds start north westerly, eventually ending up south easterly.
For the southern half of the UK, more encouraging. For the bulk of time looking dry with some sunny intervals. Daytime temperatures in the 17c to 19c region, and no lower than 10c/50f overnight. As with the north, daytime values will revive themselves as the week progresses, climbing possibly into the mid 20's. Winds start north westerly, eventually ending up south easterly.
Sun cream it is then
