{:-{ hi folks, can some body help me please? having just recived a "built" kit of this boat ive noticed some differences to the deans picture? mainly the aft deck where the deapth charges are, on mine theres a cabin that has been built under the racks but in the pic it seems solid? does any one have the plans for one that i might be able to borrow :-) . Can some body also tell me how to strip a servo down to be used as motor/speed controler (cos ive not got a clue!) many thanks folks, pete %%

Not sure exactly what you mean. Mechanical speed controllers are obsolete, now most(all?) people use electronic speed controllers oftain abbreviated to "ESC".
I've used Mtroniks ones -
