1/12 scale fittings etc!
« on: November 09, 2016, 08:22:52 pm »

Hiya guys :)

Thought i'd start a topic for websites/links that offer 1/12 scale fittings & such, its a awkward scale & those that have already built 1/12 boats will know that alot of fittings are hard to find!

Anyway I will start it off with a few that ive found so far, some might be links to dolls house websites, thats because its the perfect scale for 1/12 :)

I will add to this list as & when i come across more, feel free to post your findings also & i will add to list, cheers!

This has been a long standing rule on Mayhem ever since certain individuals altered their earlier posts in response to subsequent comments and sometimes criticism which caused a lot of confusion. The 30 minute limit is intended to allow correction of spelling mistakes and the addition of immediate afterthoughts or corrections. If you wish to add additional information then just make subsequent posts in the usual way. It works fine that way.

Could you not "copy" your first post, "paste" into your new post and add the new link/s?

At least that way the list would be together.

large scale fittings are also available from cap maquettes ( french supplier ) - postage costs seem high but nice quality fittings,  - i think cornwall model boats may be a UK agent for their stuff

Recently purchased Adrian's Marine Figures - at the moment to see range go to Reviews Tab, click on the figures to see the range available.

Although I can't see all the 1/12 lifeboat figures that Adrian used to do on there.

my friend Neil  designed all of the period 1;12 scale lifeboat figures for Adrian Clutterbuck from 1890's right through to the late 1980's in 3 different sets, so if Mr Clutterbuck has sold the figures to Mountfleet models they will be there.

In fact, when I looked at Mountfleet models stand at Blackpool, I saw some old lifeboat figures there.
