Hi, John

Well, yes-ish

Its a helicopter mix which , if memory serves me right, mixes three servos to do all the twiddlydads required of a heli rotor head
This talks about it
http://www.rchelicopterfun.com/ccpm.html

So, of itself not very relevant to a maritime application, one would think, and its not anything to do with a receiver.  The transmitter would have to be capable of doing the mix, but again not likely to be relevant on the pond

A photo of the Tx and Rx would help but top-of-the-head thought is forget it.  Much of the writing on Receivers is as reliable as a pre-election promise anyway.

Hope this helps
andrew
