3D printed RIB

Evening all


Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction, looking to see if anyone can print me two 1/48 scale RIBS, will post a pic shortly but these will be fitted to HMS Mersey

Thanks, appreciate that, I will have a measure when back in the workshop but looking about 160mm length..


Will have a search but Umi,s looks pretty good, not to concerned about an exact replica as such.

As a rough guide I downloaded and put an inflatable boat file in the software to check it out. At 160mm long, it is 55mm wide, and would use around £2 of material.

The Pacific 24 is 7800mm so at 48 scale looking roughly 162mm  :-))

Be interested to see how these come out printed, ive got the white metal ones on my 1/48 mersey and they are heavy.

What RIBs are your metal ones modeled on,  The fittings I have with the kit have two different types so not sure what they carried?
